Best foot forward…

A clueless girl finally bitten by the blogosphere bug! (Aside: Yes! Yes! Yay!)

I know am a bit late to catch on to the trend, but inspiration is not something I could pick off the rack. Or step into. 

After endless lonely evenings of watching Hollywood rom coms, a zillion bars of Cadbury Silk (yum! yum!) and a million teardrops, I’m finally ready to let go of feeling dejected. For the record, I had a massive heart break and hence, the inspiration to finally unleash my creative leanings. As Ranbir Kapoor’s hurt brought out the Rockstar in him, I hope to have a similar tryst with fame (all pun intended).  Trust me, being single in a city like Delhi really gets on your nerves at times. Am single and I think am beginning to have a good time (kunwara hoon, kunwara...the new anthem for single people from Jodi Breakers). 

To cut a long story short, this blog is the metaphoric "red shoe" that has always been in my closet waiting to be worn on a special occasion and now it’s time. 

The blog is more like a hangout place for me. Am going to share all the fun am having these days…something I had missed out on for a long time. And yes, am a little too filmi and my life is usually drama sans a background score.

So here I am, putting my best foot (in the red shoe) forward…
